Natalie (she/her) is a Climate & Response Specialist. She collaborates with teams across campus impacted by incidents of gender-based violence and misconduct to develop strategies to promote healing and culture change. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Community Services from MSU and holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
For a decade, Natalie has worked in gender-based violence response and prevention including direct service work with survivors and managing federal grant programs that increased capacity to serve survivors, both in community and campus settings.
As a native Michigander, Natalie is enjoying getting to know the state again after living away. She likes to walk, bike, and run while listening to podcasts and audiobooks. She also loves to try new recipes and takes inspiration from episodes of Great British Bake Off. Natalie has never met a dog she did not like and would love to meet yours if you have one.
