If you are interested in beginning to assess the climate and culture of your workplace, starting with the Climate Assessment Toolkit is a great first step. The Climate Assessment Toolkit was developed to assist leadership at Michigan State University identify and explore the climate and culture within their workplaces and learning environments. Understanding these elements within their unit, leaders can develop practical tools and enhance skills to support their team and meet the goals of their unit.
