Samm Martin, Anti-Discrimination Policy Education Coordinator

SammM. Martin (they/them/theirs) returns to MSU to serve as the Coordinator for Anti-Discrimination Policy Education in POE. As a double-alum of Grand Valley State University, Sammhas spent time serving multiple campus communities in Residence Life and Education, Sexual Violence Prevention, and Survivor Advocacy and Response. Their main mission and goal in their work is to help members of the Community be better to one another and maximize opportunities for connection and growth. Sammbelieves in the strength of community and its healing powers, and strives to embolden and empower the Spartan community to lean into is strength in all times, and to hold fast to what brings us together!

When not in the office, you can find Samm spending time with their furry friend Clarence, outside enjoying nature photography, or homebrewing mead for their loved ones to enjoy.
